VENDOR SIGN UP INFORMATION
This is a one day outdoor event to be held on November 3, 2018 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
-Approved food truck vendors are free. Please apply below via the Food Truck Vendor button.

Vendors are required to purchase an uncovered 10'x10' booth space for $50. Vendors are required to provide/ set-up under a canopy or market umbrella. There will be an open air area with a covered roof (no sides). You may set up under this area without a canopy or tent if requested on the application form. These requests will be approved on a first-come-first-served basis until that area is full. Currently no power or WIFI will be provided to vendors.
To be approved as a vendor, please click on the link below to fill out the vendor sign-up form. Payments will be collected via the Paypal link below. Provide your signed vendor form and Paypal receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond within 3 business days of receipt of your application and payment. If for some reason you do not hear back from us in that time frame, please contact us immediately. Vendors may request and receive a full refund up to 30 days prior to the event. Within a minimum of 2 weeks before the event, Vendors will be provide with more detailed information on their assigned space, parking, and set-up details.
Once a vendor is approved we will add your information to the vendor list on the Cowtown Geek website with a link to your preferred website. We will also announce your addition to the event on our Facebook page.
